A `Work of British Architects` First Day Cover with commemorative stamp postmarked 12 May `87 and signed by architect and broadcaster, Maxwell Hutchinson in black ink.

A first edition copy of 'The Story of Walt Disney' by Diane Disney Miller signed by legendary cartoonist Walt Disney. Light wear to jacket, and staining caused by damp rippling to lower portion of some pages. The signature itself is unaffected by any faults. Signed in bold blue pen on the half-title page and also signed on the previous blank, Diane Disney Miller.

Amusing vintage matte-finish 10x8" photo of Disney reading Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland to two chimpanzees sitting on his desk, signed and inscribed in black felt tip "To Sybil, with best wishes, Walt Disney." Double matted and framed to an overall size of 15x13. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Phil Sears. In very good condition, with several noticeable creases, including a horizontal crease through Disney’s face, and a diagonal crease through last name of signature, and some mild silvering to darker areas of image. Disney’s bold and visually striking signature measures over five inches long.

A 195x265mm, gouache on celluloid with the original cell on the background actually used in the Walt Disney Production of 'Melody Time', the mount is signed by Disney and dedicated: "To Ann [sic] Shelton, All Best Wishes, Walt Disney", mounted, framed and glazed with the studio label on the backing of the frame, there is some minor lifting of the cell from the background. This original cell shows two skaters mirrored by two rabbits behind. 'Melody Time' comprised a compilation of seven animated musical shorts, released by the Disney studio in 1948. Anne Shelton was one of the greatest British singers of the 1940s and 1950s, during her later career she would sing with Bing Crosby and Glenn Miller. The cell was probably given to Shelton during her tour of America in 1951. Initially meant to last three months, the tour lengthened to eleven months and included visits to New York, Las Vegas, Texas, Chicago and Washington.

Limited-edition 12.25 x 10.5 cel (from an edition of 5,000), picturing Sylvester and Speedy Gonzales, signed in black felt tip Best wishes, Friz Freleng. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Animation & Fine Art Galleries, Inc. In very fine condition.

A white A4 card featuring a reproduction of a Giles cartoon originally published in the Daily Express on November 15, 1962. A young child in a pram is talking to a group of kids playing outside Ford's Dagenham factory; 'There was my mum holding forth at this workers' wives rally when in came a bunch of directors wives - Boy! Talk about a punch-up'. Signed 'To Paul Best Wishes from Giles '91' in bold black ink to the left of the illustration.

A promotional poster featuring the many guises of the Comic Book Guy, 16 x 20, signed in black felt tip 'Matt Groening 2007', adding a sketch of a waving Bart. Rolled and in very fine condition.

A 10x8, (landscape), colour reproduction of an illustration showing Fred and Wilma Flintstone in their stone age car with neighbours Barney and Betty Rubble, signed across the upper left corner in bold blue ink by Hanna, one half of Hanna Barbera the creative team behind 'The Flintstones' and other animation classics such as 'Tom and Jerry', 'Scooby Doo' and 'Yogi Bear'.

A large 12x20" (approx) original drawing in black pen ink over a pencil outline of Fred Flintstones portrait on a cream board, signed across the lower left corner 'From Bill Hanna + Fred Flintstone' in bold black pen. An amusing item in wonderful condition.
