Returns and Refunds Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and our service but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully as soon as they are delivered. We also recommend that you keep your invoice as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries

If I change my mind...

  • Our items are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so return them to us within 14 days in their original packaging, in undamaged fully resalable condition, with your invoice and we will refund your purchase price.
  • Please note that refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
  • We recommend that items are returned by priority/recorded post to ensure that they reach us securely.
  • Our 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If items are damaged or defective…

  • If an item is damaged on receipt and you bring or send it back to us within 28 days of purchase with the invoice and the original packaging, we will give you a replacement or a refund plus the cost of postage.
  • Our items are certified as authentic bearing genuine signatures. Should the description prove to be materially inaccurate, we will refund the full original purchase price to the original purchaser provided that it is returned to us with the invoice in the same condition as sold.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item (excluding those ordered in-store). This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification eg items framed to your instructions.

To cancel, you can email, fax or write to us within seven working days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

Item(s) may be returned by hand to our store or returned by priority/recorded post. We will refund to you the cost of returned postage.
