Getting started
We hope that you’ll find using our website quick and convenient. And you can trust Fraser’s Autographs to guide you safely through the online shopping experience, because your privacy and security is extremely important to us.

Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the Fraser’s Autographs logo which appears on the top left-hand side of the screen.

Search box: The search box is always on the top right-hand side of the screen. You can search by name (e.g. Johnny Depp), by key words (e.g. Pirates of the Caribbean) or the Fraser’s product code (e.g. F79858).

Browse the stock: All Fraser’s stock has been categories under few most common interest categories. Simply hover over the Shop in the main menu bar and click on Browse Our Stock to choose from a variety of items we offer.

Your basket: The number of items in your basket can always be seen at the top of the screen. To see what you have in your basket you need to click the “Your basket” link. When you click on your basket it shows you the quantity, title and subtotal of any product(s) you’ve put into your basket.

All items sold in our shop are available for you to buy online.

If you cannot find what you are looking for please do not hesitate to submit a ‘want’ and our team will do their best to source the items for you.

Payment options
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; Solo; American Express; Fraser’s Autographs gift vouchers (older style paper vouchers can only be redeemed in our shops); frasersautographs.com money-off coupons. You may use a combination of gift vouchers and any payment card we accept to pay for your order.

After entering in the gift voucher codes, your order will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the voucher(s). If there's any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way. If you do not spend the full value of the voucher(s), the remaining credit will be stored in your frasersautographs.com online account and can be used towards your next purchase on frasersautographs.com.

If you find that your voucher is not accepted at checkout, check the serial number and online security code you have entered and try again. If you continue to experience any further difficulties, email our Customer Service team or call us on +44 (0)20 7836 9325 between 9am and 5.30 pm Monday – Saturday.

Please note: Gift vouchers can only be used online once. If your gift vouchers are accidentally damaged, contact our Customer Services team. If you have to return goods you've purchased online using gift vouchers, then in most instances we will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. You may also return goods to our showroom at 399 Strand. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Promotion codes and discounts
If you acquire a coupon, discount or promotional discount code offered by frasersautographs.com, it's valid for use online only at frasersautographs.com, and not in our shops or by phone, unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply:

For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your basket.
Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
If you have more than one promotional code, you may place separate orders.
Orders must be made prior to 23:59 on the closing date.
No cash alternative is available.
All offers are subject to stock availability.
All other Fraser’s Autographs terms and conditions apply.
