We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your
purchases and our service but we also know that, for one reason or
another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return
something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items
carefully as soon as they are delivered. We also recommend that you
keep your invoice as you might need it as proof of purchase in the
event of any after-sales queries

return them to us within 14 days in their original packaging, in
undamaged fully resalable condition, with your invoice and we
will refund your purchase price.

If items are damaged or defective…
- If an item is damaged on receipt and you bring or send it
back to us within 28 days of purchase with the invoice and the
original packaging, we will give you a replacement or a refund
plus the cost of postage.
- Our items are certified as authentic bearing genuine
signatures. Should the description prove to be materially
inaccurate, we will refund the full original purchase price to
the original purchaser provided that it is returned to us with
the invoice in the same condition as sold.

Distance Selling Regulations
If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance
Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your
order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item
(excluding those ordered in-store). This does not apply to items
personalised or made to your specification eg items framed to your
