About Fraser's Autographs
Fraser’s Autographs started trading in 1978 at the back of a shop selling collectible records and memorabilia. The first autographed item we sold was a signed Beatles album for £45, which today would realise in excess of £30,000. It was not until 1981 that a major auction house started selling modern autographs and, even then, signed Beatles albums were only £120-£180.
When we first started, a set of Apollo 11 autographs was selling for £60 (now similar items are selling for as much as £12,500) and most of the popular stars of the 20th Century were still under £100.
Famous people themselves have collected autographs through the ages from JFK to Queen Victoria and we have a number of major current-day stars as customers at Fraser’s Autographs. Julian Lennon is actually a huge collector of Beatles memorabilia.
It is important that you buy from a dealer you can trust. With over 30 years’ experience and a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. Fraser’s Autographs is firmly established as Europe’s leading autograph dealer. We offer you an unrivalled selection of items and the peace of mind that comes from dealing with the best.
In recent times, we have been privileged to sell some truly remarkable pieces from Muhammad Ali’s boxing robe to Bruce Lee’s personal notebook complete with a handwritten training program and drawn fighting diagrams. In 2010, we were featured on the BBC’s One Show, highlighting some key historical documents from Kings and Queens such as King Henry VIII and Elizabeth I alongside the earliest known British royal signature – that of King Edward IV, which is available for £175,000.
